1. Your personal data are processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(a), (c), (f) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), i.e. the consent you have given; legal provisions; and in the framework of the Administrator’s legitimate interests, in order to establish contact with you regarding the initiation of cooperation and to protect the Administrator’s legal interest in the event of claims by persons expressing an interest in cooperating.
4. Your personal data will be processed until you withdraw your consent, but for no longer than 12 months from the date on which you express your interest in cooperating with the Administrator, i.e. the date on which you provide the Administrator with the relevant personal data.
5. In cases when you contact the Administrator to start cooperation and do not withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data – your personal data will be processed for a period of 12 months from the date on which you express your interest in cooperation with the Administrator, i.e. for the period necessary to protect yourself against claims related to the course of negotiations to start cooperation.
6. The data subject shall have the right to access the content of the data, to rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to processing and to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the legality of processing carried out on the basis of consent, prior to its withdrawal.

8. The data subject shall have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
9. The provision of data is voluntary, but the refusal to provide data results in the impossibility for you to contact the Administrator in order to establish cooperation.
10. Your personal data may be transferred to intermediary entities, as well as to providers of IT tools used in the process of establishing contact.
11. Your personal data may be stored on servers located in the European Union and may be transferred – on the basis of standard data protection clauses – to a third country in connection with the use of cloud solutions by the Administrator.
